Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed during our normal business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.
  • During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be longer.

Shipping

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method, unless otherwise stated.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information (where available).

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on your location, courier service, customs clearance (for international shipments), weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or events beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required for redelivery.

Failed Delivery & Unclaimed Parcels

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful or a parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos or information. We will work with the shipping provider to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

International Orders

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made. Please contact us immediately if you need to modify your order, and we will do our best to assist.
